In a significant achievement, we are delighted to announce that TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring has earned the prestigious Great Place to Work accreditation. This recognition underscores our commitment to fostering an exceptional work environment that prioritises employee satisfaction and well-being.

 

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who participated in the recent Great Place to Work survey. This noteworthy accomplishment on our first attempt has earned us the coveted Great Place to Work accreditation.

Receiving this recognition is a testament to our persistent efforts towards creating a great work culture. As a management team, we value this feedback immensely as it provides us with insights into areas of improvement, allowing us to continually enhance our colleagues experiences working with us.

 

While we revel in the overall positive response, we acknowledge the need for continual progress and we are committed to addressing the areas highlighted for improvement and anticipate sharing further positive developments in the coming weeks.

Among the many positive results from the survey, a few stand out - 83% of respondents agreed that our management team is competent at getting the job done, while 82% believe that TradeChoice is a safe place to work. Furthermore, 81% felt they could truly be themselves here, reinforcing our commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity.
