WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT OUR NEW NAME

Dear customer,

From Monday 3rd October 2022, we launched our new logo and a fresh set of customer values that aims to reflect on what we do well and how you can rely on us to make your job easier!

You may also have noticed a change in our company name. To better reflect our position in the trade market we have added ‘TradeChoice’ into our existing Carpet & Flooring name and changed our web address to www.tradechoice.com. You can see our new logo here:

There are also a couple of accounting changes which you will need to be aware of:

The legal name of the company is changing from Carpet & Flooring (Trading) Ltd to TradeChoice Distribution Ltd. The company registration number and registered office all remain the same. You can view the name change confirmation from Companies House by clicking here.

Our bank accounts will remain the same for sort code and account number. However, our account name will change to the new Companies house name. Please make all cheques payable to ‘TradeChoice Distribution Limited’ and use the account name ‘TradeChoice Distribution Limited’ in direct bank payments.

We aim to further improve on our service levels by opening a new transactional website in the coming months and we are also set to invest in a significant number of new branches over the next few years, to ensure we’re serving even more areas of the UK.

It is important to note that there will be no changes to how we operate as a business, or any existing relationships – you will continue to receive the same great service, from the people you’ve always dealt with. The only slight change you will see is the letterheads on our communications changing to TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring.
